Not sure if the item is right for you?

We offer FREE, fast and easy returns if you choose to get a gift card or exchange for a different size or item. Yes, you heard right – all customers will receive a FREE prepaid return label sent to their email, and we will ship your exchange or gift card free of charge as soon as your return has been received and processed at our warehouse.

Would you rather have your money back?

No problem! A return fee will be deducted from your refund amount once we have received your return. There is a 14-day return policy on all our items.

Return fees:

10€ (EU), 20€ (UK), 15€ (NO), 10€ (SE), 25€ (USA), 20€ (AU)

Our return labels are generated in our returns portal.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. AYA-S cannot be held responsible or compensated for packages lost in return shipping, so please remember to keep your postal receipt.

Requirements for a return order

  1. The items appear brand new.
  2. There is NO makeup, perfume, sweat or smoke smell, or other things that reduce the value of the item.
  3. All items must be returned in original packaging, with original neck tags and hang tags.
  4. You have not exceeded your 14-day return period.

Complaint

If you have received an item that you wish to return, you have 14 days to do so from receipt of the item. We need your order number and a short description. Send us an email at: info@aya-s.co

There is a 2-year warranty period according to legislation.

If you return the free item, no refund will be issued. If you return one of the other items, you will receive a refund for the product, minus the value of the free product at the time of purchase. For example, if your cart contains an item for 75 EUR, 70 EUR, and 65 EUR, you do not pay for the 65 EUR product. If you then return the 70 EUR product, your refund will be 70 EUR minus 65 EUR for the free product, so the total refund will be 5 EUR.

Christmas Gift Returns

If your order was purchased as a Christmas gift, you will automatically receive an extended return period valid until January 8th via our returns portal.
