We have a 14 day return policy, which means that a return or exchange must be registered in our returns system within the deadline.
We strive to review and complete the processing of a physically received return package at the warehouse within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email afterwards.

Our return labels are generated in our returns portal.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. AYA-S cannot be held responsible or compensated for packages lost in return shipping, so please remember to keep your postal receipt.
Requirements for a return order
- The items appear brand new.
- There is NO makeup, perfume, sweat or smoke smell, or other things that reduce the value of the item.
- All items must be returned in original packaging, with original neck tags and hang tags.
- You have not exceeded your 14-day return period.
Claims
If you have received an item that you wish to return, you have 14 days to do so from receipt of the item. We need your order number and a short description. Send us an email at: info@aya-s.co
There is a 2-year warranty period according to legislation.

If you return the free item, no refund will be issued. If you return one of the other items, you will receive a refund for the product, minus the value of the free product at the time of purchase. For example, if your cart contains an item for 75 EUR, 70 EUR, and 65 EUR, you do not pay for the 65 EUR product. If you then return the 70 EUR product, your refund will be 70 EUR minus 65 EUR for the free product, so the total refund will be 5 EUR.
