Unfortunately, this is not possible, we can only refund to the card used for the order.

You can return your item within 14 days after you receive it.

It is important that you send us an email with your order number, pictures of the error and a description of what the error is. We will then look into it and send you a free return label if the error is ours.

You have a 2-year right of complaint according to the law.

Yes, we do not offer free returns. So you have to pay for the return label yourself. If you need to exchange an item, we will pay the shipping for the exchanged item when it is sent back to you.

Delivery

We offer free shipping when you buy for +150€ and is located inside Europe.

Norway:

  • Home delivery: 120 NOK
  • Drop point: 95 NOK

Sweden:

  • Home delivery: 75 SEK
  • Drop point: 65 SEK

Rest of Europe:

  • Home delivery: 10€
  • Drop point: 8€

Rest of the World:

  • Home: 25€
  • Pick-up: 20€

All our orders are generally delivered within 2-4 days, unless it is a pre-order.

If you have purchased a pre-order, it is clearly stated in the title of the product and the expected delivery date is listed on the product page.
